Refund, Cancellation & Service Utilization Policy

Exim Titans
This Refund, Cancellation & Service Utilization Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, enrollments, consultations, training programs, webinars, mentorship sessions, and consultancy services offered by Exim Titans.
By purchasing, enrolling in, registering for, or participating in any service, product, webinar, training program, consultation session, or engagement offered by Exim Titans, the client expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and legally agreed to all terms stated in this Policy, without exception.
This Policy shall apply to all participants, clients, attendees, subscribers, and users of services offered by Exim Titans.
1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following services:
- Paid Webinars (Live or Recorded)
• Exim Titans Learning Modules and Training Programs
• Pentagon Programs, Handholding Programs, Buyer Hunting Programs
• One-on-One Consultation Calls
• In-Office Meetings / Strategy Sessions
• Subscription-Based Services
• Mentorship, Advisory, and Consultancy Engagements
• Any other paid or complimentary services offered by Exim Titans
All payments made to Exim Titans shall be governed by this Policy.
2. General No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature, intellectual property exposure, and immediate access to proprietary training methodologies, Exim Titans maintains a strict NO REFUND policy.
Once a payment has been successfully processed:
- The payment shall be considered final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Refund requests made due to change of mind, personal circumstances, business decisions, or lack of understanding shall not be accepted.
Clients are strongly advised to review all program details, terms, and policies before making any payment.
3. Webinar Policy (Live & Recorded)
3.1 No Refund on Webinar Registrations
All webinar registrations are final and non-refundable, irrespective of attendance, participation, or completion.
Failure to attend a live webinar shall not qualify the participant for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
3.2 Access to Recordings
Where applicable, webinar recordings may be provided at the discretion of Exim Titans. However:
- Access to recordings does not guarantee permanent availability
• Failure to attend the live session does not entitle the participant to compensation
3.3 Technical Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring proper internet connectivity, compatible devices, and technical readiness.
Exim Titans shall not be liable for missed sessions due to:
- Internet connectivity issues
• Device malfunction
• Software issues
• Power outages
• Network disruptions
Or any other personal or professional problems.
Such circumstances shall not qualify for refund, rescheduling, or compensation.
3.4 Unauthorized Sharing
Webinar access is strictly individual and non-transferable.
Any form of:
- Login sharing
• Recording redistribution
• Unauthorized screen recording
• Content reproduction
shall constitute a violation of intellectual property rights, and Exim Titans reserves the right to pursue legal action and immediate termination of access.
4. Program Enrollment Policy
4.1 Token / Advance Payments
Any token, booking amount, advance payment, or seat reservation amount is strictly non-refundable.
Such payments confirm the participant’s intent and commitment to join the program.
4.2 Program Cancellation
Once a participant enrolls in any Exim Titans program:
- Cancellation is not permitted.
• The fee paid shall be considered final and non-refundable.
4.3 Dropout Clause
If a participant voluntarily discontinues the program at any stage:
- No refund will be issued
• No partial refund will be processed
• No service credit shall be granted
4.4 Immediate Access Clause
Upon payment confirmation, the participant may receive:
- Access to digital content
• Proprietary frameworks
• Internal materials
• Consultation eligibility
Since intellectual property exposure occurs immediately, refunds cannot be processed.
5. Conditional Refund Clause
(Applicable Only to Specific Handholding / Buyer Hunting Programs)
Exim Titans may consider a refund only under extremely limited conditions as stated below.
5.1 Mandatory Eligibility Conditions
A refund request shall be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The participant has completed the entire program.
- The participant has implemented 100% of the strategies, instructions, and frameworks exactly as prescribed.
- Implementation must occur within 30 days of program completion.
- A mandatory implementation audit must be conducted by the ( both)Exim Titans management team & Fahhad Siddiquii himself.
- The participant must provide documented evidence of full execution.
- Despite full implementation, no measurable results were generated.
Failure to meet even one condition shall render the refund request automatically invalid.
5.2 Time-Bound Claim
Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of program completion.
Requests submitted after this period shall not be considered under any circumstances.
5.3 Mandatory Audit Requirement
Participation in the official Exim Titans audit process is compulsory.
Failure to attend or complete the audit shall void any eligibility for refund.
6. Non-Compliance Clause
Refund requests shall not be entertained if the participant:
- Fails to implement the strategies provided
• Delays execution of instructions
• Ignores mentor guidance
• Skips program sessions
• Fails to submit required implementation proof
• Chooses to discontinue the program voluntarily
Inaction or partial participation does not qualify as program failure.
7. One-on-One Consultation Policy
All one-on-one consultation calls or strategy sessions are subject to the following strict guidelines.
7.1 Nature of Session
These sessions are clarity-oriented consultations designed to address specific queries related to the import-export business or Exim Titans frameworks.
Participants are advised to review basic information about Exim Titans prior to scheduling the consultation.
7.2 Session Duration
Each consultation session shall be limited to 45 minutes.
Participants must join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
7.3 Mandatory Meeting Conduct
Participants must adhere to the following requirements:
- Camera must remain ON throughout the session
• Stable internet connection is required
• Quiet environment must be maintained
• No multitasking during the consultation
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
7.4 Working Hours
Consultation sessions are typically conducted during official working hours:
11:00 AM IST – 5:00 PM IST only (Monday to Friday), Excluding National, International and State Holidays.
For international or NRI clients, meeting times shall be coordinated by the assigned Relationship Manager.
7.5 Validity Period
Payments made for one-on-one consultations or in-office meetings shall remain valid for a maximum period of 1 months from the date of payment.
Unused sessions after this validity period shall automatically lapse without refund or extension.
7.6 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Requests made within 24 hours shall not be accepted.
7.7 No Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend the scheduled session:
- The session shall be considered consumed
• No rescheduling will be permitted
• No refund will be issued
8. In-Office Meeting Policy
Clients requesting in-office consultations must strictly follow the guidelines below.
8.1 Meeting Confirmation
Clients must wait for official confirmation from the Exim Titans team regarding the meeting date and time.
Until such confirmation is provided, clients are strongly advised not to make travel arrangements, including:
- Hotel bookings
• Flight or train reservations
• Local travel arrangements
Exim Titans shall not be liable for any expenses incurred due to premature travel bookings.
8.2 Meeting Scheduling
Meeting schedules are determined based on the availability of mentors and internal team members.
Clients must respect the confirmed time slot provided by the team.
9. Professional Conduct Policy
Consultation sessions and meetings are intended strictly for professional business discussions.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Commission-based proposals
• Partnership offers
• Investment solicitations
• Unrelated business pitches
Exim Titans reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without refund if such conduct occurs.
10. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials, frameworks, strategies, presentations, recordings, and training content shared by Exim Titans constitute proprietary intellectual property.
Participants shall not:
- Copy
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Sell
• Republish
any Exim Titans content without written authorization.
Violation may result in legal proceedings and financial penalties.
11. Limitation of Liability
Exim Titans provides education, consultancy, and strategic guidance.
Business success depends on multiple factors, including:
- Market conditions
• Client execution
• External economic factors
Therefore, Exim Titans does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results.
12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
13. Policy Modification Rights
Exim Titans reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in services shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Final Declaration
By making payment for any service offered by Exim Titans, the participant acknowledges and confirms:
- “I have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund, Cancellation & Service Utilization Policy of Exim Titans. I accept these terms in full and waive any future claim for refund, cancellation, or dispute contrary to the conditions stated herein.”
