Refund & Cancellation Policy — Exim Titans

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through Exim Titans, including but not limited to learning programs, consultancy services, and webinars. By enrolling in or purchasing any product or service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Paid webinars (live or recorded)
  • Exim Titans Learning Modules
  • All Subscription-Based Services

2. Webinars (Live & Recorded)

  • No Refund on Webinar Registration:
     Once a participant has registered and made payment for a webinar (whether live or recorded), no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation.
  • Access to Recordings:
     Where applicable, webinar recordings may be shared post-session. However, failure to attend the live session will not be considered grounds for refund or rescheduling.
  • No Cancellation Post-Payment:
     All webinar purchases are final. No cancellation requests shall be entertained after the payment has been processed.
  • Technical Issues Disclaimer:
     Exim Titans shall not be held liable for any technical issues on the participant’s end (internet problems, device issues, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to such issues.
  • Transfer of Access Prohibited:
     Webinar access is strictly individual and non-transferable. Sharing access or redistribution is a breach of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

3. Pre-Program & Intra-Program Policy

  • Non-Refundable Token Amounts:
     Any token/advance amount paid prior to joining a program is strictly non-refundable.
  • Zero Refund for Dropouts:
     If a participant chooses to discontinue the program midway, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation Not Permitted Post-Purchase:
     Once enrolled in any Exim Titans Learning Module or Program, cancellation is not permitted, and the fee is non-refundable. The program fee applicable will be as per the price on the date the seat becomes available or the date of the scheduled 1-on-1 session, whichever is later; any previously communicated or earlier prices shall not be valid or applicable under any circumstances.
  • Immediate Access Clause:
     Due to the digital nature of Exim Titans’ materials and instant access upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Participants are urged to make informed decisions before enrolling.

4. Conditional Refund — Post Completion of Handholding or Buyer Hunting Program

  • Eligibility Criteria:
     A full refund may be considered only under the following strict conditions:
    • The participant has completed the program and implemented 100% of the prescribed strategies within 1 month of completion.
    • A mandatory audit and review by the Exim Titans Management Team must be conducted before market implementation.
    • The participant demonstrates, with evidence, that despite full and correct implementation, no tangible results were achieved.
  • Time-Bound Obligation:
     Refund requests must be made within 1 month from program completion. Failure to adhere to this timeline renders the claim void.
  • Mandatory Audit Clause:
     Skipping or delaying the mandatory post-program audit voids any eligibility for a refund, regardless of performance or effort.

5. No Refund for Inaction or Non-Compliance

  • If the participant fails to implement the learnings, skips instructions, or delays execution, no refund request will be entertained.
  • Token/advance payments made with partial understanding or lack of clarity are still considered final and non-refundable, as it is presumed that all terms were reviewed prior to payment.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Binding

  • All disputes arising out of or in relation to this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (India).
  • The Administration of Exim Titans reserves all operational and interpretational rights related to this policy.
  • Your continued engagement and participation shall serve as legal acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

7. Final Declaration

By registering for any webinar, course, service, or consulting engagement with Exim Titans, you confirm:

“I have read and understood the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and I accept the terms in full. I waive any future right to dispute or request a refund contrary to the conditions stated herein.”
